Critical
: Response within 1 hour, resolution (temporary or permanent) within 3 hours, coverage 24/7, (phone call should be performed!)


High
: Response within 4 working hours, resolution within 8 working hours.


Medium
: Response within 8 working hours, resolution within 3 working days.


Low
: Response within 2 working days, resolution within 5 working days.


Working hours
are Sunday–Thursday from 9 AM to 5 PM, weekend is Friday and Saturday, official holidays are excluded, and Ramadan working hours are from 9 AM to 3 PM.
